I normally shop at the store but unfortunately when I do work, I will no longer shop for personal items there or for my company. I just can’t do it. I don’t feel that we should have to bag our own groceries for a company I work for. It’s sad enough when we do work for this company, we don’t get paid that much even though y’all think we do and we don’t so I’ll give you one guess on who I work for so when the customer start tipping correctly that’s when I’ll go back but in the meantime, I will no longer even shop at this store

Walked up to the bakery department and everyone that was there working did not come up to me to ask what I needed help with. They did acknowledge me. I had to wait 10 minutes. Very rude to do that. I spoke to the manager about it. All she did was apologize, but they are still there. This is not good. I really there bake good. Everything is fresh, but the staff suck.

Produce quaity is very poor. Lately getting too much substandaard produce. Finding rotten produce on display or at home when using. Is this a corporate buyer issue? Store I use is on University Round Rock.

This company is a rip off that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. They will rob you. They need to stop claiming Texas because true Texans wouldn't do that.

They were late on my delivery, and they had everyone early on their delivery, and thats why I think its mid.FR FR

HEB Saltillo republica Quería comprar dos helados marca HEB y pasaron dos por 109 la cenara le dice a otra señora me imagino encargada de cajas que procede aquí y le dice cambio de precio y yo cambio de precio si por que están más caras le dije no háblale a tu gerente y dijo si le tiene. Que hacer cambio de precio le dije esos es en contrat de trato al consumido dijo si las quiere si no no compre nada. Que Pésimo servicio

Terrible Customer Service!!! There's actually no customer service because they have replaced it with company service. Especially bad at the corporate level. When I contacted corporate and asked to speak to a regional manager I was basically told that they don't have time to talk to customers and referred me back to the store I was having trouble with. They don't have a customer service phone line but do have a customer relations phone line. So they offer relations (whatever that means) but not service. Very strange!!!

This is not the first time I’ve had problems with H‑E‑B delivery. I am visually impaired and haven’t driven in 15 years. If they don’t have delivery time available, it shouldn’t be offered. I was perfectly satisfied with this service in Richmond TX but not so much in Cuero. I’ve lived here 6 months and this is my second time to seem to get lost in the shuffle. Perhaps they should hire an extra driver for this area. H‑E‑B thanks for showing how you treat the disabled!
