It came to our attention on 4/18/2024 that our daughter's Dr. made a mistake on her prescription (Baclofen) she sent to HEB which was filled on 4/16/2024. The RX calls for 3 pills, 3 times a day for a total of 270 pills for one month. When we realized our RX bottle was really low (it was only filled with 90 pills) for only having it filled for 2 days, we contacted the Dr. who called in the correct prescription on 4/19/2024. On 4/23/2024 I went to HEB to see if the RX was filled yet and they told me to come back the next day. I went back on 4/24/2024 and they told me to come back in 30 minutes as it would be filled then. I came back 30 minutes later only to be told it could not be filled until 4/25/2024. The problem is we have no more medication. Our daughter's Day Hab requires we give them medication, in the original bottle, and it is locked in a cabinet in the nurse's station at her Day Hab. We typically give them a two or three week supply at a time as it's not a medication we can send with her daily due to the fact that the nurse there (who is not there full time) must handle the medication; it can't be handled by just any employee. My husband went there this afternoon to see if we could get 10 loaner pills until Medicaid could authorize filling the medicine. The pharmacist (Clarisa) refused to do this for him. This is something we have had to do many times thru the years due to problems like this. She told him to go to another HEB pharmacy to see if they would do that but stated over and over again, she would not give him any of the pills. Our daughter's Dr's have told us not to let her go without this medication as it could stop her heart. Evidently Clarisa is not aware of this as other pharmacists have been in the past. Even the employees told her to give my husband the medicine and she argued with them that we are not out of the medicine. Mr. Gracey, the other Pharmacist, would have given us the loaner pills to hold us over until the medication could be filled. Kathy Matt

The heb pharmacy is horrible. Don't count on them to give the Dr a call when meds you have been taking for years run out you have too.

I love the HEB off of Blackhawk Blvd Houston - my only complaint is the orders made online and the kids picking the products up are rude and it seems to be more important that the customers in the store

Heb has gone downhill in the last decade. They have jumped on the GREED wagon, a long with all other grocery stores. They used to be comparable to Walmart prices in my area but now they are the most expensive place to shop. Their employees are rude and so I quit going there. I hope they crash and burn. That's what they deserve.

Horrible customer service! No ONE listens. just puts you on hold and passes you to the next. Frisco location is NOT good at all. Delivered groceries to my rehabilitation facility with NO name on it. When I called to find out who the delivery belonged to, I was given the worst customer service by the person in charge. Gwen wouldn't even listen to what I was saying...just passed me on to the next. OMG, so bad. I will never shop with HEB because of this experience. I called the store 5 times just to find out who the order belonged to. They gave me the hardest time.

The 290w oak hill store customer service has dropped significantly since they moved as a 30 year customer of HEB in Oak Hill the current check out staff are not courteous

ALL HEB STORE PRICES KEEP GOING UP, WE THE COMSUMER KEEP CUTING BACK ON ITEMS WE DONT NEED. HEB IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, BY RISING THEIR PRICES. THIS IS ABUSIVE PRACTICE BY A HOME-GROWN FAMILY GROCERY COMPANY. HEB'S CORPRATE EMPLOYES SHOULD BE ASSAMED OF THEMSELVES. (YOU ARE PART OF THE CABAL- ELITES. ALL THE CUSTOMERS THAT WALK IN YOUR STORES MADE YOU WHAT YOU ARE TODAY.

I was checking out at register 3 in Conroe on Frazier employee Maddy (bagger) had really bad customer service she needs to be friendlier. However what really bothered me was that she pushes my milk jugs towards me in a very rude way instead of placing it in my cart. The guy checking me out was overall a good cashier.
