Today around 1:00,or 2:00 o'clock afternoon, noon I wanted to get some cheese there was 3 ladies , there , one of them said wait a minute bill be there , she was doing something , there I waited for 5 minutes, I had to go I couldn't wait till she finished what she was doing, I think she should of drop what she was doing , to attend me , oh well now I don't got any cheese for my sandwiches, this was at HEB in Odessa tx West side need to say I spend $700 a month on this HEB , plus gas , for both of my vehicles!! N yes like 8 months ago ,the old Mexican lady with beety eyes, that cleans bathrooms, with her blue nasty dirty gloves, was touching the portions of cakes ,talking to a customer ,showing him the cakes , that's nasty ,she should know better, I forgot the her name, West side heb in Odessa tx

The check out clerk asked me why I placed my payment on the counter instead of handing it to her "like a normal person".... Her rudeness is uncharacteristic of "normal HEB staff" It caught me off guard and I asked her what her problem was... she seemed to enjoy that she got under my skin. I wish I had gone to management about it. The 8 am cashier in the express lane of HEB in Beaumont on College Street on Aug 13 2024 needs an attitude adjustment at least.

Village Center @ Far West. Check your total before you pay at checkout. When they overring you, you won't get your money back for 5 days after you've overpaid. They should just hand you the overring in cash on the spot, but instead they keep your funds for 5 days before returning them to your account. My overring was $66.37, that's not their money to keep for 5 days.

I brought Apple from HEB located at 6210 Fairmount Parkway. The sign indicated the price of the apple is .88/lb , while I paid for it , the receipt indicated 1.48/lb . That is clearly cheating and against laws.

Their bank prevents large amounts from being withdrawn, almost cost me a housing crisis when they kept kicking back the deposit transaction of 3700. They also charge withdrawal fee of $37 when I withdrew my funds to pay my housing fees. Don’t bank with HEB you have to pay to withdraw your own funds and you can’t do large transactions.

My wife and I sent grocery shopping I bought some Greek Yogurt and 3 days later I open one at work and found out it's expired I took the risk of opening it which I should have it stunk really bad 👎 I had to throw it away. The inventory supervisor should be on top of what a top notch store has on their shelfs and it makes me wonder what else goes undetected?? Good thing for a good nose 👃

Meat market ask about hamburger meat he said five minutes twenty minutes later I was asked if I needed help so I told him what was going on and all he did was turn around and walked away not say one word also waiting behind someone at the meat counter after the customer was done he just walked away

I bought Boarshead liverwurst on July 18th ate it twice and it didn't seem to settle well in my stomach. 4 days later I began having massive diarrhea and discovered that Boarshead had a listeria outbreak and recalled their meats, liversurst in particular. Great. 9 days later I HAD to get some groceries. I'd been laying low long enough. While there, I took my receipt from my Boarshead purchase to customer service for a refund. The lady there knew NOTHING about the recall. Another man, working behind the customer service counter initially was as blank as the other service rep..... Until I stated Boarshead meats....listeria infections. Ok.....I'm a nurse. When drugs were recalled we had a team that pulled that drug from every nook and cranny of the hospital. ALL NURSES were informed. Why isn't HEB like that? I asked the customer service rep if all those meats were removed and the deli area thoroughly disinfected? He said basicslly that it was the deli's issue. Wow. Anyone working customer service should have had a much better answer than that regarding food safety and liability. All employees should have their little huddle meetings and be kept in the loop about recalls! I'll NEVER BUY DELI MEATS AGAIN NOT ANY BRAND. Not after NINE+ days of diarrhea. I still have the receipt in the event I need medical intervention for this issue.
