HEB is fantastic as a store but has horrible customer service! Sad as it sounds I'm use to walking into grocery stores and getting completely ignored. But the young gal at checkout today (Fort Worth/Alliance store) was either having a bad day or hated her job! She acted as though I was an imposition and couldn't be bothered. Plus no welcome or goodbye. So rude! However the lady bagging was very nice and helpful.

Been shopping at HEB for 10 years when we lived in Friendswood and the past 6 years since we moved to Burnet. Over the last 6 months we have seen a serious decline in produce at this store We purchase a lot of fruit , blueberries, blackberries, raspberries ,strawberries and avocados there is poor taste sour and they turn moldy in a couple days and have to get rid of them we will give the HEB in Marble Falls a chance if result is the same we will shop somewhere else This is disgusting what your produce has become

I'm just very disappointed! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS! Now have to wait 3 to 7 business days to get a refund. Thanks a lot HEB. 🤦🏻♀️

This HEB Spring Store. I've had bought Beef here. Found it be bad meat. Beef bought had smell after cooking it, also beef tasted old. Chicken & pork not any better. I will be going somewhere else. They need recheck there stock. Won't be back.

My second review. Have been a loyal customer. No more. I shop at far west. Difficult to access products due to large carts in the aisles. Long wait time at checkout; obvious force to self checkout. No help in bagging even though store is full of employees. Difficult to find anything but H‑E‑B self branding. Hopefully a good competitor comes along.

The HEB or Central Market brands are often better than name brands, and there is much more variety. HEB brand corn chips, the chili flavored in particular, taste better because they have more seasoning than the name brand chips.

HEB has become greedy and the quality of their products have declined significantly. My whole life HEB was it, not anymore. Their prices soar weekly while the quality and packaging declines.
