I got my wife beautiful yellow roses from HEB for our anniversary $60.00. They died 2 days later. I never seen flowers die that quickly. I'll never but flowers from HEB again.

Omg … that’s it … never - ever - again on processed food from HEB. I purchased two packs of tamales from HEB; during an evening of warming a few from one dozen as I was eating the warmed tamales; I noticed I worm moving on my plate… I was in totally shock and disbelief and disgusted beyond. I took a photo of such incident and through out all of the HEB protect into the trash’s

For the most part HEB is pretty good, but I don’t understand how a grocery store can be out of cream. I need cream to cook. Good grief HEB😔😔😔

I'm shocked by.all the negative reviews here. I've been shopping at HEB for 30 years and think it's the best grocery ever. There store brand foods are as good as the name brand while at a significantly lower cost. The in house bakery foods that I buy are amazing and the meat and seafood quality are as good as it comes. I shop at the Kingsland (some) and Marble Falls (mostly) stores and both have great employees, customer service and quality products. I have never tried one of their prepared meals that wasn't great. I can' t go there without buying their prepared coconut fried shrimp. It's restaurant quality at a tiny fraction of the price. Their stuffed salmon, empanadas and sushi are fantastic, and again at a fraction of eating out. Their new bakery tostito chips are so lite and crispy and stay fresh for a long time. I guess people are just more likely to make an effort to complain than complement. That's how I ended up here. I was looking for a line to HEB corporate to tell them how much I appreciate the quality of service and products they provide.

HEB is our 2nd go to store. I'm usually happy with it UNTIL I have to bag my own groceries and pay at the same time holding the line up and trying to rush to finish bagging my groceries. It's an awful feeling and I'm tired of it! The last 5 times is like the person in front of me gets their groceries bagged and they leave when I'm next! Ugh

I have given these heb brand tamales a shot a few times and I seem not remember to give them a review well here it is these. Are The Worst Tamales on planet earth they have been he strangest after taste

Deli is a joke! They all are in conversation, or back is to you. I’m not the type to wait around so I speak up! And this seems to anger the staff. They all saw me standing there waiting to at LEAST be acknowledged. But they said Nothing. Does it hurt to say ‘ma’am” I’ll be right with you!? Desperate need training on People Skills!!!! I understand it’s the holidays and they’re extra busy, work in a different department if you don’t like people. Grocery stores are and will always be a place with lots of people. All I said was can I get some help, and it pissed the woman off in deli. I shopped at HEB in Seguin Texas.
