I live in Michigan so I get alot of use from my Heatbit. Not just for heating but the air purifacation works great for my office. It also helps me build the crypto culture as everyone who enters my office gets a demo and explanation of my Heatbit and they are sold. It arrived in impressive packaging and was easy to set up and use.

I was a proud supporter during the pre-order phase of the TRIO and man did it take a long time to get my shipment. However, the team kept regular updates and the orders eventually arrived. The team also promised compensation in SATS for those with delayed preorders and they completely lived up to their promises. Heatbits are currently performing great, nice heat and some sats to go along with it!

I recently received the new Heatbit miner, and while the journey wasn’t without its bumps, I have to say the company handled everything remarkably well. As a new company, it’s understandable that there were a few issues early on—my first unit was defective—but they quickly corrected the situation with a replacement. Yes, the process took some time, but their follow-up was excellent throughout. In fact, I had two units at one point, and they managed replacements and refunds professionally. Even when I didn’t have a working unit in hand, they credited me the accumulated sats from the time I was waiting. That level of consideration really stood out. Today, I have one unit at home, and it works perfectly. It’s seamless—very Apple-like in its simplicity. You press a button, and everything just works. I’ve had no issues. The withdrawals are smooth and efficient, and the unit itself performs exactly as promised. After switching to the newer model, their customer support has continued to impress me: always polite, responsive, and on point. I can understand why some earlier reviews might be negative, and I don’t dismiss those concerns. But as someone who also runs a business, I recognize the challenges that come with launching something this complex—especially in a field like hardware and Bitcoin mining. From what I’ve seen, the company has learned a lot and evolved quickly. As of today, I have full confidence in their product. It does exactly what they advertise, and both the app and the miner work beautifully. They’re already working on a new version, so it’s clear they’re committed to constant improvement. Awesome product and customer service!

I ordered the heatbit early on. It took a while before I recieved it but it was worth the wait. I am very pleased with the heatbit. It looks amazing and is very easy to use. Any questions I had during the whole proces were answered very fast by their amazing customer service!

Really great customer service. Product did take a while to be built and delivered, but the communication throughout was great and I'm delighted with the Heatbit now it's in my study!
