I was excited by the concept and innovation behind HeatBit and became an early adopter, paying in full for three HeatBit Minis. Initially, I understood the production challenges and remained patient and supportive. However, for nearly two years, I received nothing but monthly excuses and shifting timelines. What finally broke my support was seeing a steady stream of units sent to YouTube influencers for promotion—long after I had placed my order. It was clear my fully paid heaters were deprioritized in favor of marketing efforts. Eventually, I requested and received a refund. But the fact remains: HeatBit used my money, interest-free, to fund influencer campaigns and build media presence rather than fulfill customer orders. Additionally, their advertising is misleading. I was informed by the team that I am not mining Bitcoin with these machines as Non-KYC, and any sats you do receive are tied to KYC—there’s no anonymity here.

Well if you are looking for something that only makes Bitcoin then I guess that's the only thing this thing does . Heat doesn't work and air cleaner only works alone not while making Bitcoin. So just and over expensive Bitcoin machine. And customer support are even worse . Waited over a year for not much.

Hi Dan, We’re really sorry about your experience. I understand how frustrating that must feel, especially after waiting so long. Just to clarify one technical point: the unit always filters air whenever it’s powered on. It has two selectable modes: heating or air purification, but in both cases, air is continuously pulled through the filters. The “air” mode simply runs without heating or mining, while the heating mode includes mining to generate warmth. We see that you previously contacted our support team, and we replied, but we haven’t received a follow-up from you. It’s possible the message didn’t reach you. If the unit is still not performing properly, we’re absolutely ready to step in and resolve this, including arranging a replacement if necessary. Please reply to the last support email or reach out again referencing your earlier case.

Love the customer care Heatbit provides. Not trying to sound like every reviewer but really great way to get into beginner level mining. Pretty cool they let you solo mine now also.

Ordered a Heatbit miner, took over a year to receive the product. A few months worth of free Satoshis were promised for the delay, but I never received them. Threw away the product packaging before I realized that the warranty is voided if the packaging is not sent in with the malfunctioning heatbit. This company has some unethical shady business practices to void a warranty over packaging. Having said that, the heater works great, too bad I received it after the winter season ended.

Upon checking, we didn't find any request from you on this. Please, kindly reach out. Regarding the packaging&warranty - this is standard practice as a policy. We, however, never enforced the packaging polity strictly, and for any customer with a warranty claim we never had packaging as a barrier and always found a solution.
