Ik kreeg heftige oogonstekingen van deze bril. Blijkbaar is dit ding niet geschikt als je lichtgevoelige ogen hebt. Dit stond nergens te lezen en ik ben meer dan 300 euro kwijt. Ik heb dit gemeld bij Ayo en het enige wat ze zeggen; 'ik begrijp uw frustratie'. Nou, blijkbaar niet want het geld ben ik kwijt.

De bril is fantastisch en de service mogelijk nog beter. Nu het weer wat langer donker blijft heb ik de bril weer op in de ochtend. Helaas ging het pootje van de bril stuk. De service was toen fantastisch, er werd direct, kosteloos, een nieuwe bril geleverd. Nou ja geleverd, PostNL zegt dat hij is bezorgd maar nergens te bekennen. En toen? Werd er weer een nieuwe bril verzonden nu met handtekening voor ontvangst. Geweldig want ja bewijs maar dat je hem echt niet hebt gekregen..

This is my second review for AYO. Last month, I traveled from Mexico to Madrid to watch Formula 1, and thanks to the AYO glasses I took with me on the trip, it was an incredible experience. I had no issues with jet lag and was able to manage my energy levels very well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product and 10/10 customer service I’m very happy with my AYO glasses and, above all, with the customer service I received. The whole experience has been fantastic from the very beginning. I would like to give a special mention to Lia, who was there throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and helping me with any questions I had. Her attention, professionalism and kindness really made a difference. It’s great to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and especially to come across someone like Lia, who goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled perfectly. The glasses are fantastic and I’m really looking forward to enjoying them. Thank you so much for everything

AYO+ so far is awesome. Easy to use, comfortable, hitting those photo recepter cells just right. The app is half finished, but also is trying to do everything.

Ayo not only produce excellent glasses which are genuinely transformational, they also back it up with friendly, efficient service that clearly understands the value of customer retention.

I don't know yet if it is helping me but the customer service is excellent! Due to an error with their system they sent me a second unit. I put it aside and figured I would gift it to my younger son (we both had brain tumors last year requiring surgery). About a month later they emailed asking if I would send it back or pay and I was going to send it back but then said that as an attorney this is their error and I should be able to keep it and give it to my son. They agreed! I have started tweaking the session, adding red light to the end to calm my eyes down and may add an evening red light session. Looking forward to playing with it more.
