Very happy with my Heatbit. I preordered very early on and it took a while, but they delivered, and they delivered quality. I have been mining with my unit for a couple months now with no issues. It was very easy to set up and works flawlessly. I am a believer. If they had a T-Shirt, I would wear it!

They're a good company with a great product and excellent quality. Their customer service is also very responsive and willing to work with you. Honestly I don't have much to complain about. They have been great to work with, and although there have definitely been some hurdles with shipping and damage product on arrival, the Heatbit crew has been phenomenal.

I was excited by the concept and innovation behind HeatBit and became an early adopter, paying in full for three HeatBit Minis. Initially, I understood the production challenges and remained patient and supportive. However, for nearly two years, I received nothing but monthly excuses and shifting timelines. What finally broke my support was seeing a steady stream of units sent to YouTube influencers for promotion—long after I had placed my order. It was clear my fully paid heaters were deprioritized in favor of marketing efforts. Eventually, I requested and received a refund. But the fact remains: HeatBit used my money, interest-free, to fund influencer campaigns and build media presence rather than fulfill customer orders. They did not take care of me or treat me with any respect. I bought the original heatbit and I was treated horribly.

WooHoo! Reviewer #125!!! Hey, so umm yea, they asked me to write a review, but hell, I want to!!! I’ve been a HeatBit customer since 2023 with the HeatBit One because I saw a YouTube Channel and was like yea, that sounds kool! Well, the first one they sent sucked, messaged customer service and they had me a new one right directly, no problems and very nice! Ezequiel, great human! :) That experience flipped me and yup, I preordered two HeatBit Minis during pre-order! Full Send! Yea, they took awhile, jeez, they even reshaped, redesigned, and renamed the product; however, finally got them in March 2025! Lucila, you rock! :) Yes, I’m still waiting on the sats that were promised during the delay, but I believe they’ll arrive! I’ll tell ya right now, the HeatBit Trios are a hell of a lot better than the HeatBit One: the hashrate and the interactivity. The one kind of design is okay, but I was pretty sold on the white design of the One because it just matched the house decor… still better! It's a heater that mines Bitcoin, so on that aspect it works pretty well. There were a couple things I wish it had included. A working thermostat would have been good. It does not shut off when it reaches the temperature you set it to. Also, I wish I could control it from the app. Other than that, it works well.

It took more than year and a half (2 winters missed) to get the heater produced and delivered. I did not want to back Kickstarter campaign, but even though I waited, there were still some kinks to be polished before they started shipping the product. Heater works as advertised and there is plenty of opportunity to make it better (like remote on/off from the app), one thing to note is that it is loud, so you can't sleep with Heatbit on (I only have panel heaters to compare). Maybe idea would be to turn the fan off for normal heating as a "night mode", because also in my home office the noise is noticeable while working.
