HeatbitReviews of heatbit.com

The customer support is always there when you need them. That's rare. I recommend any of the products Heatbit offers. My heatbit trio saves me money on my heating bill every year. It mines Bitcoin. I call it my money printer. The higher Bitcoin goes up, the more money it prints. Very happy with it.

Here are my objections: #1 - I waited for over a year after pre-ordering a unit before it was ready to be shipped to me. #2 - I was contacted to validate that my shipping address was still good. This occurred right around the time my first child was born and I did not see the email. #3 - Heatbit shipped the device to the address that they had on file without my confirmation even though it had been over a year (closer to 2) since I made the purchase. #4 - When I figured out that this had happened after the birth of my child, I reached out to Heatbit support for assistance. #5 - Heatbit support directed me TO REACH OUT TO THE PEOPLE LIVING AT MY OLD ADDRESS to retrieve what I bought nearly 2 years ago. #6 - To absolutely no one's surprise except Heatbit support, the appartment complex did not have a record of it being delivered. #7 - I wrote this review. #8 - Heatbit management reach out to me directly and made it right with me. They shipped me a brand new device, which I have yet to configure and use. For now, I am changing my experience from 1 star to 3 stars. #9 - After I configure and set up the device and run it, I will provide an update to my rating.

I appreciate rewards from the company due to delivery delays 👍 (in SATs), and my heatbit is working like 🇨🇭watches 👍

I purchased 2 of the original Heatbit heaters back in 2021. I now own 4 Heatbit Trios and they perform great. They have allowed me to stop using my oil furnace and the electricity they use is less than what I would pay for oil, not to mention the Bitcoin I've earned. Additionally, the people at Heatbit are fantastic. They allowed me to exchange my original heaters for the new and improved Trios and they have always been extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I've had over the years. Great product, great people - you can't ask for more!

Beautiful hardware, but the software is severely lagging. I can’t turn on/off remotely, not can I set a schedule. For my situation, this makes my Heatbit nearly useless to me.

I purchased my Heatbit early on and while it took a while to receive it the company was great at responding to my update requests. Once I received the unit it was so easy to plug in and get set up that I was blown away. I have the unit in plain view in my home and no one has questioned that it is anything other than a heater or air purifier.

I am an early buyer of the Heatbit, because I liked the idea. The product was stil in development at the moment. The development took longer than expected, but with one or two updates a year they kept me informed. This spring I finally received the Heatbit and I am happy with it. The power usage starts at 400kwh and is enough to heat up one room. Until than I used a regular heater with the same power usage. Because of the ventilator the Heatbit heats up the room faster. Downside is off course the sound of the ventilator. Not verry disturbing, but I wouldn’t put the heater in a room where I was all the time. The mining revenues alone are not worth the energy costs, but they are an extra on the heating. So that is ok. It works very easily. Just push the power button and it starts mining and heating. U can see the revenues with the app. You don't earn a lot ($0,20 in half a day), but I like the idea that I am contributing on the decentralisation of the Bitcoin network. The air purificatie is a nice extra feature.

I like this devices, I ordered 3 and 2 of them I put in my sailboat instead dehumidifier. They keep warm and dry inside the boat and make money which cover part of mooring. One I use in my bed room and keep my room warm all time. Consume around 460W and after 2024 halving of Bitcoin price of 100k make around 40% of all. I Shure the price of Bitcoin will go soon very high and will start to make again 100% and more. The idea is very good and is perfect for PNW where can use almost 10 months
