Bought a heatbit unit a few years ago. When I received it it had a few broken fins (but that could be from shipping). Then I proceeded to setup my heatbit account and attempted numerous times to connect with the unit but consistently failed to do so, therefore t reached out to customer service on multiple occasions just to have to reset the unit over and over again only for it to never connect and because of this I've never had been able to receive any Satoshi from the unit.

Hi there, We’re really sorry to read about your experience, especially the connection issues and the trouble getting the unit properly set up. That’s definitely not how it should have gone. Unfortunately, we’re unable to identify your order based on this review, so we don’t have a way to check the history or see what was previously done. If this issue was never fully resolved, please reach out to our support team directly. We’ll be glad to take a fresh look and do everything we can to help you!

Bought early, so took longer then expected to receive, but was wort the wait. Great heater and love to see the sats adding up. Summer now, but excited to fire up again soon! Now have two of them!

The hardware & software are both well done. The app has all the features I want. I like that the device is still a great air purifier when its too hot to mine BTC in my bedroom, and I also like that I can quietly mine bitcoin when I want to turn up the heat in my bedroom 😏😉

Hi Eric, That’s exactly how we planned it! Useful all year round. Glad you’re enjoying your Heatbit. Thanks for the great review!

Great option to mine, purify your air and heat your space for low cost during the summer. Looks great every where you put it and the best part is the support you get.

I ordered my Heatbit a few years ago when they we having trouble delivering overseas. That was eventually sorted and they very kindly gave me some bitcoin for my patience. During this period the Company kept me updated on progress in a timely manner. The Heatbit eventually arrived in excellent working order. It arrived in our Summer time so I have only commenced using it this Winter. When I have it on the lower setting (400 W) it keeps the room slightly heated while mining bitcoin. If I turn it up it is able to heat the room. I find the app responsive and very helpful to know what's happening with the heater.
