Hear.com is a fraudster!!
Hear.com is a fraudster and scammer. They are out to cheat elderly and vulnerable people of their money. My 83 year old dad bought a hearing aid from their branch in Kuala Lumpur. They said they will service the hearing aid for free after buying the aid from them. To our horror, after the purchase we wanted to make an appointment to service the hearing aid but the branch closed down! Nowhere to be found. They took my dad's money and he's left with a hearing aid that doesn't work well! This is a dishonest action of Hear.com. They cheat people's money and have no integrity in how they do business. Be extremely careful if you buy from Hear.com. Hear.com is an absolute disgrace! I'm not sure how can the authority allow them to continue operating.
