We’re truly sorry to hear that parts of your experience left you feeling frustrated, especially regarding communication and expectations during the trial period. We do want to clarify that our records show multiple outreach attempts from your hearing consultant through calls and emails during your trial. In addition, our consultants review the financing process during the initial consultation, including that the first payment is typically due about 30 days after the initial appointment if financing is selected. At your fitting appointment, you also sign a purchase and delivery receipt that outlines the 45-day trial period, and a separate financing agreement is sent directly from Allegro (Synchrony) confirming the terms selected. That said, we absolutely understand how important it is for everything to feel clear and transparent throughout the process, and we’re sorry if anything about the financing communication felt confusing or unexpected. We also recognize that hearing aids may not fully restore hearing to “perfect,” but they should absolutely improve your day-to-day ability to understand speech. If you’re still having difficulty hearing clearly, we’d really like the opportunity to help.
