my mother was afraid to get hearing aid as her doctor recommended. She was embarrassed to have all her peers see that she have had hearing loss. She is a independent 85 year old who does everything for herself. It was a challenging time when we were on vacation and she kept talking so loud in a 5 star restaurant and she could not hear what others were saying. I shopped for a hearing aid when we got back from vacation. I was so happy when I found this company on the internet and read about the choices we had in the product. Our appointment was welcoming, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.My mother is so happy now that she can hear better and above all no one can see her hearing aid, she is not afraid to share her story now that life is better. The family have to watch what we say these days because she can now hear everything more clearly.
