It's so good hearing again...I've missed so much.

I have been thrilled with my new hearing aids. The Dr. I dealt with was so nice and extremely helpful. She made sure that the hearing aids I chose were what would work best for me and treated me more like a friend than a patient. I am getting used to my new aids but she made sure that I realized that learning to use and depend upon them would not be an instantaneous thing and that my brain would have to remember how to hear certain sounds again. It may not have been immediate, but I am sure enjoying hearing things I couldn't hear without the aids.

Comfortable fit in the ears. Can up the volume by phone app. I wish however the batteries would last longer.

Hear.com referred me to excellent hearing specialist office with 3 visits at no charge who was honest and helpful in hearing aid selection and helped with financing with my less than perfect credit.

Overall, I have been very happy with the service and outcome of this process.
