Hear.com was eager and helpful until I decided the hearing aids did not work for me. The provider became angry when I returned them. I am still (over two months later) trying to get the provider to fill out my claim form so I may file a claim for my hearing test with insurance. Also, I was less than two weeks out from the end of my 45 trial period and hear.com had not filed with insurance. My advise? Don"t use hear.com or their providers. Get a recommendation from someone you know.

I was very satisfied with the product and the service I received, my insurance paid for the hearing aides in full and sent me the check, I called Metro Hearing and asked if they wanted me to endorse the check and give it to them, I was told that they could now accept a third party check, I deposited the check and gave them my check which was fine except it took almost a month before they deposited my check, I called several times and was told different things, the last was it took 10 days for a check to clear (all checks clear overnight) they finally deposited my check three and a half weeks later

I was very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Hear.com
