I have been very pleased with the product and the service. It is wonderful to hear so much more and not have to request the repeat of statements as I often did.

My experience with Hearing.com was excellent. The personnel were knowledgeable of current hearing technology and set me up with a local certified Audiologist for testing. Unfortunately the testing determined I was a candidate for implants which are not part of Hearing.com's product line. Overall I would have to say the service was excellent.

They were very helpful in listening to what my issues were and setting me up with the proper services. They also followed up to make sure the hearing aids I received were the proper ones and they were working as desired.

All connections worked well and the doctor I saw was very helpful.

Very good experience; very helpful personnel; very high quality hearing instruments and accessories. I've been recommending hear.com to everyone.

Excellent, caring and professional staff - couldn't ask for anything more -

I initially opted for "behind the ear" style of aids. After struggling several days unable to insert them even with baby oil in the ear I exchanged for "in the ear" style. Could not be more satisfied. Brad Stansfield, ACA, BC-HIS, New Haven, IN is most competent. Pleasure to work with him. Only complaint is that I had to drive 50 miles one way to the office. However, well worth the travel time.
