DO NOT BUY
I purchased hearing aids that were suggested by a hear.com agent Lori. When I went for my appointment at the audiologist, we couldn't get the volume to go higher, so she had to adjust them and told me hearing aids we not really what I needed. With my hearing loss I needed something more than a beginner would wear. When I went back for my check up and within my 45 day return window, we decided that it would be better for me to order Starkey Molded behind the aids. Which hear.com quoted me a price of $5,500.00. When I went to pick them up all they did was just make molds for the hearing aids they originally sold, which work no better than they did before adding the molds. I been trying to work with them and for the last three weeks they have put me off saying they're still reviewing my case. Can't complain about the product but their customer service is the worst, you won't get any satisfaction trying to talk to them. If I were you I would go to an audiologist in your area, if you have an issue at least you'll have a physical person to complain to. Do Not Use Them.

Hi Bonnie, Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sorry to learn about your negative experience. After my team spoke with your provider we learned that they were unable to order the Starkey devices for you as your ear canals would not allow for it. They decided to do impressions of your ears to order molds for the original hearing aids you were fit with. We do apologize if this was not communicated to you properly. All of our customers are given a no-risk 45-day trial. Your trial ended on 9/5/22. If you were unsatisfied with the devices within this time frame, you were able to exchange to a different style or return for a full refund. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any additional questions or concerns. All the best, Sami, Customer Success Team
