Terrible company. 1 month after placing an order, and despite an email saying it shipped, it has yet to arrive. I've contacted the company via: their chat bot, email and voicemail and there has been no follow up from Healthy Pets. Stay away.

Ordered flea and tick spray May 29th and have heard nothing from this company. Attempted to call and gave up after 1 hour on hold! I will never order from this company again!! I truly believe no one is listening!!

Absolutely horrible company. I ordered Omega Alpha OptiPet a month ago and have not received it yet! I've emailed the company twice and no response. Called the company many times and no one seems to answer the phone. My sister ordered the same product and has had the exact same issue as me. I think the BBB needs to investigate this company. Seems to be a fraudulent company where they quickly take your money, yet never send the products you order. Stay clear of this company!......Go to BBB and post a review, I just did.

I ordered and paid for an item which included shipping. Healthy Pets then sent me a false tracking number and my postman came to my door requesting COD for shipping because Healthy Pets just put my order in an envelope with with no postage. I went ahead and paid USPS so I could get my item and called Healthy Pets. Spoke with someone named Jaime who said they would credit me back but never did. I should have read the reviews and complaints before buying anything from them. Buyers beware.

It appears most customers have had a terrible experience with this company. I can add my name to the list. In March ordered an item, by May I knew I'd never see it. Called and canceled. Thought it was a covid19 issue so ordered another item. Now into June and nothing. Called and emailed to cancel. Lame excuse was the product is not in stock. Seriously! Lies and horrible customer service. Never again.

I ordered some treats in April. I know COVID was an issue, so gave them a month. I kept emailing to see where it was and received no response. So, I ordered it from Amazon. I tried to cancel for weeks, called and sent emails and had no response. 3 months later, I get an email that my order is on the way. So, now I have it, but i don't need it anymore. NEVER will I order from them again.

This company is a complete ripoff. 2 days of on hold waiting for a representative. They took my money and I never saw a product. Tried to email them, no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this BS company!!!!!!

Ordered on 4-25-2020. It is now 5-23-2020. Still have not received a shipping confirmation or my order. I've emailed them and have gotten no response. I've tried calling them and you sit on hold forever and no one answers. What the hell. Is this a scam company????
