Ordered something that was in stock, got a message it was out of stock, and then no contact for 30+days. Even wrote to complain (was tired of being on hold for 20+ minutes), and no response, other than to give me an automated response asking me to rate them - when immediately below the message begged for them to respond to me. Will never try them again.

Awful customer service. I placed my order on 7/6. As of 7/14 I had not received my order and it still showed pending. I emailed them and they responded asking if I still hadn't received my order. I advised them no and they still haven't responded 6 days later and my order after 2 weeks still says pending. Shop elsewhere!

I purchase 4 items from healthy pets. I received 2 of the 4 items. So I had paid $150 and received half of my order. I've called them several times. I've left three messages. I've sent an email. I have not heard from them, nor have I received the other half of my order. This is the worst customer service and worst experience I've had with any pet company. Do not purchase from them. It really doesn't matter if you get a good price if they don't send some or all of the items AND then they are not reachable to help resolve the issue. I will dispute this with my bank and contact the Better Business Bureau in California (where their headquarters is). I am very disappointed with this company.

I purchased on June 26th using Paypal. The company showed as in stock. After several says nothing was shipped. I contacted them on July 3rd. Said it was to be back in stock on Monday the 6th even thou it showed as currently in stock that day. Monday came and went. On Wednesday still not shipped. Tried to call in the morning. On hold for 30 minutes and no answer. Tried twice that evening and after one hour the "you are next in line please hold" system hangs-up. Now I see that they have a severe habit of doing this. Never again Healthy Pets!!!

Order item on 6/10. On 6/17 tried calling, waited for 45 minutes on hold and gave up. Sent emails to cancel order which were never responded to. Then on 6/24 got email saying item shipped. Will be disputing the charge. Not paying for item and since can’t reach them to return it. Terrible company.

It is worst than one star, item in stock, no deliveries no email, nor do they answer phones. Just like entirely let’s and went to read they are one and the same, never again

I have my order since Feb, and its still pending 4 months after. Never reply email. I called and wait for 30 min. Nobody pickup the phone. Scam company.

I can’t speak for others’ experiences, but I ordered my supplies and they came 4 days later plus bonus items! The supplies were cheaper than other stores and I am very satisfied!!
