Great company, great product
We love the warm comfort of our large Tao mat. The product is a great addition to our health regiment. HealthyLine's customer service is above and beyond.

HealthyLine heating pad still works!
We have had our HealthyLine heating pad for over a year and are very happy with the results. We sleep better and feel more relaxed. Also, the pad is very convenient; it's set up in our spare bedroom, so we can get a health treatment without leaving the house!

I bought a really nice healing rock…
I bought a really nice healing rock heating pad with tiny little rocks for healing years ago and it stopped working about six months after I bought it. I held onto it because it was such a nice and expensive piece of equipment and I was so glad that I did because when I was cleaning my room out, I had found a card in the bag that it came with and email them about how it wasn’t working they asked me to plug it in which I did and it didn’t turn on so they suggested replacing the cord (which they promptly sent me a new one in the mail) and and voilà! It started working again so yay it works great ! Again thank you so much for the support and I love the product. ♥️ Chelsey ⭐️

I have bought 3 mats from them and they…
I have bought 3 mats from them and they had great customer service. Now with my 3rd mat failing me, I can not get a call back or a response to my email. I can't believe this company has gotten this bad, and the employees are ok with their behavior.
