Absolutely unacceptable how I paid 80$ for a 12 panel drug screen and the lab messed up my specimen and only tested for 5. Purchased due to dishonesty in a narcotics count at work and they failed me miserably. Thankful nothing came of the situation and my professional license isn’t on the line because people can’t do their jobs correctly. I will never use this service again. They did refund my money. Although that’s irrelevant! Do better. Dropping the ball on someone’s specimen could’ve cost them their license to practice. Would give zero stars if possible

What an awful company! Its parent company, Analyte Health, just advised it had a data breach. Maybe that's why if you have a question or change, you can't actually call customer service; you have to text and hang out til someone texts you back. I wanted to cancel my order after the preplexing and burdensome account setup process. I already had an account so a new order resulted in urgent emails from the old account giving me the results of tests over a year old, but it turned out I needed to set up a new account for an order placed over a year later. The chatbot tells you to call an 1800 number which gets the "cannot complete the call at this time..." So you go back to the chatbot which tells you to TEXT the 1800 number. Customer support is done via text only. It took multiple tries to get a response to learn that there's a 20% "restocking" fee for cancelled orders. I figured, OK, make the best of it then tell everyone you know to avoid this business like the plague. But I needed to print a lab order. No-go. But for some reason the fax-the-lab worked which started a 4.5 minute countdown which ended with "fax failed to send." So I text customer service and after numerous tries, I get a text saying it went thoughj. You try to fax it to the lab and it counts down 4.5 seconds til it finally tells you the fax failed. But the print function... they tell me to grab a screen shot (which nobody in their right mind would take because it had only 2 lines of information. It's dysfunctional, stupidly conceived and maddening company and a waste of time - especially considering their prices are higher than other online lab services. Save yourself the trouble of having to time your every move/response to a business that doesn't answer its phone and insists on doing everything by text. Plus the 20% of you change your mind ("you could gift it to someone...") and higher prices than their competitors.

A simple and easy process. Take time to research the actual contracted lab you choose to use. I choose one that received 4.4/5 stars. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my results were available the next day. I wish HealthLabs didn't try to sell additional tests while checking out but I can live with that.

Healthlabs.com is a scam. They claimed to have a test available that they didn't. When I tried to cancel the order as soon as they informed me they ACTUALLY didn’t have it, they would only return 80% of the fee. And I had to contact them twice afterwards to force them to process the refund. Besides that outrage, it turns out Ulta Labs is cheaper -- I ultimately paid $700 at Ulta Labs for what Healthlabs charged me $1200 for. Also, Ulta Labs does not charge extra for getting results as they are available. And, Ulta labs allows you to schedule the lab at the same time you order it. I strongly recommend everyone avoid Healthlabs at all costs. Ulta Labs was much superior.

healthlabs is as advertised. have used twice. ordered labs from them. took test at nearby labcorp. got results digitally a few days later. forwarded them on to my PCP.

I ordered a test and in the interim it was found I needed to go to the hospital so I tried to cancel and have my fee returned. It was within the hour. They take 20% as a restocking fee. Never again.

I called and took a blood test on the 8th and asked when the results would come out HONESTLY. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone said realistically a day or two MAX and I would definitely have my results on Monday. I asked because there were other more expensive labs I could go with that provided same day and I was assured Monday which was fine. The lady tried to sell me expedition for another 49 dollars on top of 130 dollars if I needed it in 24 hours and I said Monday was fine if she could assure and she said yes. Monday is here no result. I email and a member of staff, Shanequa says it’s 1-3 days and my tests takes an extra 2-3 days, none of this was written or said to me when booking the test otherwise I would have gone with another lab. I then say is this to sell expedition? If that’s the case fine and Shanequa says my test is not the type of test that can be expedited but her colleague literally tried to sell that to me 4 days ago. So what is the truth? I explained the urgency for this test and was very clear if they couldn’t deliver they should let me look elsewhere. I have a deadline for medical school and these people are literally disrupting my future. I will now have to go and probably pay someone else for a same day test after already having so many days wasted and being told conflicting things. They use Quest Labs which is another story in and of itself. awfully painful blood draw, surfaces were not cleaned between patients. All round EXTREMELY disappointed and I DO NOT recommend.
