Provided interactive online support. Also when I called them they were very helpful in explaining the details and finding the right center for me. And the price was the best online I could find. The order statement came in promptly. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

The experience was smooth, I was very suprised that the blood draw was free of pain, this is a first... It usually hurts even if just a little, this time I did not feel any pain or discomfort, Well Done.

PROS My husband and I are business owners and we pay our medical expenses out of pocket - Obamacare :( . I found Healthlabs.com in early 2016 after beginning to have strange blood sugar-related symptoms. During the first two rounds of testing, nothing too major - basic panels and things, I saved about $500 by using Healthlabs.com over her practice's in-house lab. The final tests from today's appointment with the specialist would have cost $401 at the endocrinology mega-clinic, but through Healthlabs.com, the tests will only cost me only $258 - an immediate savings of $143. If you are self-pay and not using Healthlabs.com, you're literally throwing money away. CON My singular complaint -a fairly decent one- is Healthlabs.com appears to share a database or email proxy with STDCheck.com and I see references to it in emails, which I can't get used to. The last order's confirmation email, header graphics and all, was sent from stdcheck.com, which as you can imagine, was totally not cool -- I have multiple computers at the shop that employees access and could theoretically see that email. From a business strategy standpoint, regardless of cost, I don't know why you'd ever pool these two together. [steps down from high horse] All in all -- highly recommend.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be able to get labs done for possible vitamin deficiency without a referral. It was a great experience.
