I am very pleased at how quickly the company contacted me when they received my samples, and even more impressed how fast I got the results. I highly recommend this company.

A simple and easy process. Take time to research the actual contracted lab you choose to use. I choose one that received 4.4/5 stars. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my results were available the next day. I wish HealthLabs didn't try to sell additional tests while checking out but I can live with that.

healthlabs is as advertised. have used twice. ordered labs from them. took test at nearby labcorp. got results digitally a few days later. forwarded them on to my PCP.

Healthlabs.com is by far the best experience I have had, ever. Their customer service is outstanding...I spoke with a rep Diana U....she was patient, kind and supportive...explained what and when, just AWESOME. I can't say enough good things about this company. Wish all companies had this service available, most are text or email, that is very frustrating for the patient/customer.. I actually spoke to a live person! It's a good place to go when your doctor's appointment is too slow and you know what to test and how to interpret. However, they could do a bit better on the price.
