Results came next day. But information was pretty much useless because there is no numbers for each value. It just says "normal# or "abnormal ". I definitely will not use this company for my health labs ever again. Just go directly to LabCorp and buy test directly from them. Waste of money. Even their graphics design is so poor and not informative. Hate to waste my time and money.

The test part itself was fine. After that test, I was told I needed another test. Instead of opting for the second test, I opted for the consultation, which of course costs more. And of course the consultation lasted about two minutes only for them to tell me I had to get the other test before they could help me. Why let me schedule the consultation before having the second test, if it was required?Money, that’s why! So after almost $100 for a two minute phone call I could have just went to urgent care for all the hoops I’d have to jump through and all of the additional costs. Ridiculous! But I guess you live and learn and this was definitely a learned lesson. Don’t think you’ll save money with this because you will be nickel and dimed.

Healthlabs.com is a scam. They claimed to have a test available that they didn't. When I tried to cancel the order as soon as they informed me they ACTUALLY didn’t have it, they would only return 80% of the fee. And I had to contact them twice afterwards to force them to process the refund. Besides that outrage, it turns out Ulta Labs is cheaper -- I ultimately paid $700 at Ulta Labs for what Healthlabs charged me $1200 for. Also, Ulta Labs does not charge extra for getting results as they are available. And, Ulta labs allows you to schedule the lab at the same time you order it. I strongly recommend everyone avoid Healthlabs at all costs. Ulta Labs was much superior.

Customer Service was well. Issue was too much Blood was taken from me and too quick of a time… I nearly fainted and blacked out for about a Minute and more. Thought I was about to pass out. Has to splash cold Water on my Face and Neck to stay Conscious. Without splashing Water on my Neck or Face I most likely would have fainted. I would definitely make sure that anyone doing anything with regards to Medical Health of Persons to make sure all is done correctly and staff understands what they’re doing… and have available correct secondary and third etc alternatives when and if a mistake occurs striving not to make any errors.

My experience was ok... The issue I had was with the expedited service. I paid extra to have the results expedited and it was a complete waste of money. I took the test Thursday morning and with the expedited service, I should have received the results by Friday afternoon. Did not end up getting the results until Sunday night.

Update from 5 star: I had no problems with the test center, but HealthLabs has now made two false advertisements, and I’m starting to lose my confidence. First, they say that only an electronic copy is needed for testing when that is not true. I had to drive back home to print a copy. Second, each time I’ve used this company, they say that they will give a $10 refund for a review, yet when I called, the lady said it’s one per person period. What else are they not truthful about? I’ve sent this company’s information to my doctor to refer patients, and I sent a friend who took a $120 test. Now, I’m thinking I need to inform my doctor and friends to stop using this company as I’m losing trust in it.

Easy to reschedule but costs me 100! I mean that is a lot of money, rather go somewhere else.

I ordered a test for my husband. They did not provide a receipt. When I got my credit card bill it was $10 higher than the price I ordered it at.
