The first two times I used this service there were no issues. I recommended the service to several friends. I have since had to rescind that recommendation. The last time I used this service, I ordered the tests, fasted, and had blood drawn as usual. I never received any results. In fact, I never received one response after multiple inquiries as to when I could expect results. No response at all. Nothing! But they did charge me! Users beware.

Setting up and purchase of tests pretty straight forward. Orderd, had blood drawn, and are still waiting for results. Going on 7 days wait for results. Was expecting what i had read in reviews and that was "turn arpund" in 1-3 days.
