I've used a number of different lab-test ordering sites, and this is one of the very best. They really have their act together. Large selection of tests, and they're easy to find. Ordering is quick and seamless. Good prices for the tests I've chosen, and they have offered some deals on top of that. Order to take to lab has been available immediately in each case. Results come fast -- next day in my case (although maybe it can vary by test?). I like that they allow the blood to be drawn at Quest locations instead of just LabCorp, since Quest dominates my area. The last time I needed a question answered, I used Chat and they were quick and responsive. I like that they take PayPal. The only areas for improvement: (1) Have the order confirmation email give some detail beyond "check your account" -- at minimum give the total order price, and .(2) Answer email inquiries.

I was a little hesitant about how long it would take to get the results after reading old reviews. I took the test just as the lab was closing for the day on the Friday of the Labor Day weekend and assumed I wouldn't get the results for at least 4 days. Instead, they were emailed to me 11 hours later at 3 A.M. Saturday! (The nice woman who drew the blood said they have technicians who work through the night doing the analysis.)
