Health Labs saved me hundreds of dollars in medical testing! I walked into the office and walked out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be using Health labs again.

Horrible experience! Slow - had to spend so much extra time trying to get my results. The customer service wasn't great either. Don't use them if you need a quick and easy way to get test results, you will have to track all of it down and call so many customer service reps just to get your answers and then there will still be an incredible delay. I won't use them again!

I was optimistic about getting results in their 24-48 hr. window. It took 6 full days. The 24 hr. customer service was 'down' as I was unable to contact them. The last contact with customer service was a failure as I had asked to speak with a supervisor or management. Waited until I couldn't wait any longer due to an appointment. Asked for someone to contact me. No response. Lab results could not be read and understood and were ambiguous on two items. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Quick and easy

Signed up for testing and was told there would be no further fees. The hospital doing the test sent me a bill. I let healthlabs know twice and they stated that they would take care of it. They did nothing, the bill was sent to collections and I ultimately had to pay the bill to avoid additional problems. Do not trust the claim by health labs that there would be no additional fees or that they will help you through the process.

The online format functions well. Test results were received within 24 hours. This is my third time working with them.

What a great service the people are very professional and the price is even better and you do it when you are ready. Very easy and when you chat with the great people that works at Health Labs you always get a answer ASAP thank all that work at Health Labs, Bobby White jr.
