No hassle billing process is great. I would like the EHR to be little more efficient. It takes a very long time for the system to keep up with typing speed, so I am left with no choice but to copy and paste. Secondly, are there any opportunities in the future for a reimbursement rate increase, specifically for BCBS?

When I got connected with Headway the process was seamless- I’ve been with Headway for over 2 years and Headway made my transition as easy as possible. Issues I’ve had with client Insurance- although frustrating for my clients - I did not find damaging for my work with my clients. I would prefer a phone number that can be used in insurance emergencies as it may help to address these issues with the least amount of disruption to my work with my clients.
