In order to make Headway successful for you find the right therapist, one who you feel comfortable with. Many offer a 30 minute trail, I found this to be very helpful. Find someone who specializes in what you are dealing with. It's like any other relationship, both sides require work. Know what it is you are trying to accomplish, untangle, recover, whatever. The one gift C19 gave me was the ability to conduct business and meetings via Zoom and other platforms. I love not having to go anywhere and being able to do this in the comfort and privacy of my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of therapist available on this platform.

My therapist is great. I am able to be myself and not be judged; she makes me feel very comfortable. I love that the platform has the messaging feature so we can keep in contact between sessions.
