Great presentation

HCI offers a wide variety of educational opportunities that benefit HR and other professionals...many of them for free. The fact that they assist with the maintenance of HR certificates is the icing on the cake.

I recently completed the Coaching for Engagement and Performance Certification program. It was my first experience with HCI and I'm so glad I attended. The instructor was very knowledgeable on subject, provided excellent resources so I could continue exploring and learning about the topic, and the other participants were amazing. It really helps to hear additional perspectives and learn from other HR professionals. Thank you for an enriching experience!

The facilitators Christie Goetz and Meghan Hargrave were both excellent! Due to the pandemic and me being furloughed, I had to split my three days. Both were very well-versed in HR, very meticulous, able to relate the strategic concepts to real-life experiences for better understanding and included everyone along the way! They did an exceptional job making the program believable and relatable for me! I am confident I will be able to use the material to advance my career in one area or a positive other! I highly recommend this program for any HR professional seeking to advance his/her career with such effective tools!

Great Online Course Training resources were very helpful. Course structure was just right. Not too rushed and not too stagnant. SWP model or method was clear and concise with great learning activities plus the videos were engaging. Instructor was great and did a wonderful job facilitating the online experience. The only negative I had was that I had to use my personal cell phone for audio. Why couldn't I just use my headphones and microphone? There weren't that many people on the call.

I thought the presenter was engaging and the content informative.
