Don't expect to have an easy time trying to figure out how many credits you have towards recertifcation. They require a certain amount of credits, but there is not an easy way to determine how many you have. You need to count them invidually. Then to make matters worse, their recertification process requires you to upload a copy of your HCI transcript, but that cannot be downloaded. I guess they want you to screenshot it. I am incredibly disappointed, but have to play their games because I need recertification.

I took the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Certification and it was very unorganized with lots of technology issues. The instruction was an hour late the first day and tried to keep us late the second day. Plus have the time she was unable to share her screen due to technology issues. I wish the instructor had a second person helping as I think it would've been a better experience. I can't remember much of what I learned because it was disjointed and interrupted by tech issues. It was not worth the money due to these issues.

I feel that the certification description was not accurate to what was presented in the class. The succession program at my organization was way ahead of the materials presented, and my team ended up providing best practices to the whole classroom on multiple occasions. This wasn't a real benefit for us, as we were looking of how to take our program to the next level.

Professor wasn't great for the cost of the course.

The instructor for the course is great. The content, however, does nothing to provide individuals who already have a Strategic Workforce Planning background and/or professional experience to advance their knowledge base beyond the 100 level.

I’m sorry that was your experience. Someone will be in touch shortly to discuss further with you.

The course started out with a lot of technical issues. I think that the platform that is used for the course is awful, to say the least. There were to many people in this particular course. From my understanding, there were about 70 of us in the class. For this type of course, I think that there should be a max of 30 people. Also, the description of the course is misleading. This course is met for someone who hasn't done WFP or looking to start WFP in the near future (3 or less months). Myself and colleagues The breakout sessions were not thought out well. We would have a breakout session on a topic and only have half of the information to complete the task. In some cases, if we would have gone further a few more slides the activity would have made more sense and connected with the material better. A few times during the breakout session some of my group could not hear each other due to the platform being used. In all, the materials are good for those that don't know about WFP, but I wouldn't recommend this course, especially with the platform that is currently being used.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your class experience didn't meet your (or our) expectations, especially with the technical difficulties. We hear your frustrations with the breakout sessions, and we are moving to another platform. Your class size with 34 participants was one of our largest (it may look like 70 because learners were dialed in with their phone and computer). I will share your content feedback with our facilitators and instructional designers, so we can improve. Take care and be well, HCI
