The process was very simple to get information about the program from the beginning. The customer service reps were very knowledgeable about the programs and answered all of my questions so I could make an informed decision. I had to reschedule my program for to the CV19 and they were very accommodating. I just took the Change Management program last week and it was great. Extremely engaging and knowledgeable facilitator. I would definitely recommend and will probably enroll in another program in the near future. Thank you.

The training and materials are all very good. There was a little too much theory and not enough practical framework for implementing a leadership development plan, but overall it was worthwhile.

All of the speakers were amazing! I appreciated the focused time period (20-25 minutes), the various ways they engaged viewers, and the willingness to monitor and adjust with the unpredictable nature of an all virtual conference.

My team and I attended the D&I seminar and absolutely loved all of the speakers! You did a great job of making it a fun remote experience, even in the Covid crisis. We took tons of notes and got some great ideas to kick off our efforts internally.

Thank you for scheduling the event as half-days. It could be difficult in the virtual format to focus for a full day. There were a variety of topics. I am in the education field, and even though the topics were not directly education focused most could be applied to my context. The technical difficulties were minimal. I appreciate that the presenters from the session that had audio issues were willing to redo their recording for us to view later. I liked the videos that were shared during the breaks.

The virtual conference was planned, with only minor technical difficulties. The attendees were able to engage via a chat box and share questions. Most of the speakers provided information to help with framing diversity work and/or implementing in some cases. Great job overall!
