I completed the Strategic Workforce Planning 2-day certification course. It was an intense program. The materials provided and facilitation was solid. Opportunities for improvement: * HCI does not recognize the importance of third-party issued, verifiable digital credentials. They instead provide a link to a generic badge that literally anyone could feature on their LinkedIn profile or email signature. * The course should be divided over three days at least. Instead, it's two long intense days of learning where the learning experience is somewhat rushed. * HCI does not share a video that's featured in the course and the link to the video in the material does not work. I raised this with the facilitator.

Two out of the five presenters held my attention. I really thought that Shelly and Justin's material and presentation was the most thought provoking. 2nd would be Elora's presentation. The others felt like they were just reading their slides.

There was very little diversity in the speakers. I would like to see more diversity in the future.

The material was useful and could easily be applied immediately to an organization.

Content and the instructor were great and valuable. However I am shocked that HCI would associate its brand with the location they put our class in. In a shopping plaza next to a DMV with half of the plaza closed for construction. The facility itself (the academy) was not ADA compliant and had the wifi off for half of the class. Really hope HCI rethinks their Miami location

Course was okay - a lot of review. Instructor saved the course by adding her own insight. Class also shared some in the discussions that was helpful.

The course is excellent, however, I encounter to many technical issues. last minute distribution of the course materials. Unable to open the link (corrupted file).

It was ok. I am an HR dept of one for a small company, and this course is largely predicated on the assumption you have a data analysis team to help you run some of these metrics. I would have liked a deeper dive into some of these concepts, as I did not encounter much of anything new in the material. There were also quite a few breakout sessions, I would have preferred more larger group discussions. I did really enjoy the other classmates however. Also, when I went to take my PAHR the link is not working, so I am waiting on tech to get back to me on that.
