I enjoyed the smaller group, it gave me the opportunity to network and hear solutions from other people in my groups/tables. I also like how applicable the topics were, I was able to really come up with a plan to change how I do things.

Attended Strategic Thinking Myths: What Most Leaders Get Wrong online and felt as though the presentation could have been covered adequately. I also had difficulty listening to the delivery of the presenter.

The quality of the course material and instructor.

I never got assigned the mentor that I signed up for and paid for over the course of an entire year.

It was a great location! I was able to connect with two team members that I don't get to see and network with often. The speakers were great and was amazing to network with other HR Professionals.

I liked how it was not super overwhelming like bigger conferences can tend to be. The speakers were engaging (I liked how they were mostly interactive, and not just talking at us), and there was a good mix of topics to attend.
