Great over-all experience minus some tech issues.
I had a bit of a challenge at first because I didn't know our VPN would cause issues in watching video (was working remote from home). I tried Internet Explorer (which was unsupported altogether) and G. Chrome. It was frustrating to have to trouble shoot while the conference was going on (missed some beginning session but am glad I can go back and catch up later once posted). I resolved the issue by using my personal computer and G. Chrome to login- then I could watch videos (so must have been something with our VPN). Maybe give people a heads up in the future on this issue? --my coworker who was on-sight had issues at first too but "docking" her computer gave her better results. The speakers were great of course. I liked that they offered opportunity for reflection and interaction even though they were web-based. I liked how animated/energized some of the speakers were. They're enthusiasm was engaging. I like that they shared personal stories whether about an organization's lessons learned or inspirational moments of their own lives. Thanks!
