I truly enjoyed each of the presenters and speakers as well as the topics of the conference. Presenters all had great energy and kept learning going over the course of the two days. I appreciated the colleague cafes -although it would have been great to just be able to join one of those from the main screen instead of needing to type it into a web browser. I enjoyed many of the videos, advertisements and ted talks when I wasn't able to join the café sessions due to other work obligations. I look forward to revisiting the content and syncing up with many of the learners and presenters.

Great event. Enjoyed the diversity of the sessions and the speakers backgrounds/professional roles. I walked away feeling like I learned something.

The conference was enjoyable and maybe a little above average for me. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I felt about half of the sessions were very valuable and I really enjoyed the presenters. I wish some of the sessions would have lasted longer than they did! I will say though, I was super impressed with the feel of the virtual conference in that there were little to no technical issues (minus the chat apparently) and enjoyed the video segments in-between the presenters and during the cafes (for those who didn't attend). I would attend this again, as I do feel like I got some good information and tangible action items to take back to my workplace. I'm glad I was able to attend!

Thank you for an amazing and well planned conference. I am actually grateful it was online, since that allowed me to attend and I was able to hear all the speakers instead of having to choose. Each presenter was knowledgeable and engaging. I was impressed with how well the online platform worked. Each of you did a job well done. All your hard work, time, and effort paid off.

The Learning and Leadership Development Conference was amazing. The speakers were phenomenal, the transitions entertaining, and the cafe engaging!! This is how you put on a virtual conference. Thank you!!!

The conference was great! The presentations were useful and very insightful. The colleague cafes were the best one-on-one virtual features. The presenters were forward thinkers. I’m looking forward to next year’s conference.
