The Strategic Workforce Planning course provided me excellent opportunities to network with other HR professionals and discover areas where we are lacking in strat workforce planning at my organization. I actually used what I learned as part of our organization's strategic discussions on workforce planning for a major realignment, with great results! The course instructor/facilitator, Joelle LaGuerre, was FANTASTIC! She took time to answer questions and get to know the HR professionals in the class. She gave us lots of time for critical group discussions in critical areas and even stood by during lunch breaks and after the day wrap up to address questions and concerns, giving us her phone contact information in the event we needed to reach her outside the course.

The training course was extremely beneficial and exciting! The trainer is super wonderful!

I would encourage HCI to amp up their digital game. Example - the certificate had to be emailed to me. Why not put it on the transcript? Also, other orgs have the ability to show certifications on LinkedIN through Acclaim.
