The chair feels premium the moment you sit in it The seat cushion is dense enough to support long gaming or work sessions without flattening. The backrest contour actually follows your spine instead of forcing you into a stiff posture. The recline + rocking combo gives you that “ahh, finally” moment when you lean back. This is the part most people notice first — it feels like a real ergonomic upgrade, not a gimmick.

I would absolutely buy another product from HBADA. I made the mistake of buying two items when I just needed one. Their customer service kept tight communication with me while they were at the same time trying to cancel the item which had already shipped. They were able to stop the item from delivery saving me the cost of shipping it back. Excellent product backed by amazing, top tier customer service such as Ben and Lin - unfortunately, I don't have their last names.. Thank you both and to the entire team!

The lumbar piece for your lower back doesn't stay in the top ratchet position it just falls back down to the bottom. The chair's highest setting which I prefer isn't high enough for my desk. It is flush which doesn't allow me to pull all the up to my desk. The levers are awkward and not easy to use.

The only thing I dislike about the chair is the leg rest; the screw that allows it to slide in/out gets in the way of it coming out completely. So I just ended up removing it from the chair altogether.
