Hi, thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry your E3's lower lumbar support hasn't been holding its position. A lumbar support that keeps sliding down defeats its purpose, and mesh coming away from the frame after four months is not what you should expect from your chair. This should be covered under our warranty, and we'd like to help.
