Great chair, but the squeaking is incredibly frustrating
I didn’t do a huge amount of research before buying this chair. I liked the design, and after seeing quite a lot of remarketing ads, I eventually decided to give the HBADA E3 Pro a try.
In person, it looks just as good as it does online, and more importantly, it’s genuinely very comfortable. For the first several months, I was very happy with it.
Unfortunately, after close to a year of use, the chair has started squeaking and creaking from several seemingly random places. I’ve completely disassembled and reassembled it multiple times and also tried silicone spray, but nothing has solved the issue.
Without this problem, it would easily be a 5-star chair for me. But the constant squeaking has become extremely annoying, to the point where I’m already considering replacing it.

A good chair with room for improvement
I like the chair and its flexible design. However, the arms don’t appear to seat completely down onto the chair base and the armrests feel flimsy and keep my ving with the slightest pressure when moving the chair. The seat feels tilted forward with a sense of sliding, and instructions to fix this don’t appear to work. I will keep the chair but the arms need work and the instructions on adjusting. I personally am sick of having to watch a video for an explanation and would just prefer a simple diagram and written instructions.

On the armrests: they shouldn't move that easily or sit loosely on the base. Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of where the arm meets the seat, and our team will look into it and help you find a fix.
On the seat tilt: we're sorry the current instructions didn't solve it. When you reach out, our team can walk you through the adjustment step by step in writing, no video required.
Your preference for simple written guidance over videos is well taken, and we've shared it with our team as we work on improving our setup and adjustment materials.

E3 Air Ergonomic - Great, could be even better
E3 Air Ergonomic. Simplified Review - Great chair, has helped my back and neck pain. Well made, could use some minor tweaks to make it a perfect chair.
The shipping was the biggest hassle. There was an expected delivery date shown, but it was pushed back 3 times and the delivery date was never updated. They did compensate me for the wait which was great. The chair itself has been great so far.
Negatives - I do wish the arm rest would go lower to accommodate different desks, and the seat itself would go lower because sometimes I feel like the circulation gets cut off to my legs if they're not at a 90 degree angle. The lumbar support is nice, but I wish it had a manual lock so that there was more pressure on the lower back. I also find the lumbar support will push up my shirt so I'm having to pull my shirt back down constantly.
Positives - Love the recline and the leg rest. The forward/backward adjustable seat slide is nice. Love the headrest. Love the side flap adjustments on the lumbar support.
Great chair overall.

Invest elsewhere
What seems like is going to be a great product arrives just super hard to put together and is honestly way too heavy. Not to mention you’ll find made upgraded versions with stuff they should’ve included in these lower versions by now.

The lumbar piece for your lower back…
The lumbar piece for your lower back doesn't stay in the top ratchet position it just falls back down to the bottom. The chair's highest setting which I prefer isn't high enough for my desk. It is flush which doesn't allow me to pull all the up to my desk. The levers are awkward and not easy to use.

ARM REST : The handles are too rigid and can’t be
The handles are too rigid and can’t be lifted or moved aside. This causes a tight space for the arms and they are too high causing your shoulders to lift at resting position.

Chairs a nice chair
Chairs a nice chair, but I paid for preassembly should only take him five minutes to put together and set up four hours

Excellent on the surface but not perfect.
Love the look and the adjustability, but execution could be better.
Chair came with one screw missing. Wheels aren't as smooth as I'd expect. Adjustment tightnesses are inconsistent (left armrest adjusts easier than right, cervical support difficult to adjust. The seat itself could stand an extra adjustment for tilt but that's a personal preference.
Overall, I'm satisfied, but it's not the silver bullet of chairs for me.
