Pretty disappointed, squeaks and arm rest too loose.
I've had this chair for a few months and the arm rests are too loose. When I rest my arms on the arm rests they always move out of the way and my arms will fall. This is very annoying. Another thing, the chair squeks like crazy! With every single movement the chair is constantly squeaking. This chair is honestly driving me nuts. But I paid a lot of money for it so I'm living with it. had I known all of these issues before hand, I would have invested in a different chair.
