The first chair I received was defective. The whole thing was tilted, making it far from ergonomic. I worked with the customer service team. After some back and forth, they came to understand the issue fully and ultimately sent me a replacement and I returned the first one. I haven't had to contact support so far.

This is a heavy chair, it takes 2 people to put it together. Its built very strong, I love all the back support it has and the massaging it gives. I had issues with the set controls, but with help with the service department a new set was sent out and works well now. the only complaint I would have is the arm padding is kinda hard. wish there was more padding on them.

Nice chair, seat padding isn't going to last too long I think though, feels a bit thin in places. Pieces move too easily, should be locks for all the moving parts so when you get it set you can not have to constantly treat the chair like it's made of glass without having to reconfigure it everytime you sit down.

The only thing I dislike about the chair is the leg rest; the screw that allows it to slide in/out gets in the way of it coming out completely. So I just ended up removing it from the chair altogether.
