HBADA products are high quality, have brilliant ergonomic designs, are extremely comfortable, reasonably priced. The service is excellent and shipping is free. The instructions for assembly are very good and the necessary tools are provided. They even included some extra screws! Only disappointment is that the P2 chairs are currently out of stock. Please let me know when the P2 series chairs are back in stock!

Nice chair, seat padding isn't going to last too long I think though, feels a bit thin in places. Pieces move too easily, should be locks for all the moving parts so when you get it set you can not have to constantly treat the chair like it's made of glass without having to reconfigure it everytime you sit down.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. 🙏 We note your comments regarding the seat padding and the stability of moving parts. These are helpful points for us to consider as we continue to refine our designs. If you have any specific details you'd like to share (e.g., your height, sitting habits, or the exact parts you feel move too easily), we'd be happy to look into them further via private message. Thank you again for your input. Best regards, The HBADA Team

is not what I expected 1, the seat is not comfortable 2, Lumbard bar doesn't stay in place 3, hand rest is not sturdy and stable 4, seat keep leaning back should have lock in place
Response from HBADAAug 7, 2026
Hi there, Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm genuinely sorry the chair hasn't matched what you expected — comfort is the whole point for us, so this really matters. Please don't feel stuck with it. A couple of the things you mentioned — the seat reclining on its own and the lumbar bar shifting — can usually be sorted with a quick adjustment, and if the armrest feels loose or anything is faulty, we'll replace the part at no cost. If the fit still isn't right after that, we're happy to arrange a return. Could you email us at [email protected] with your order number? We'll follow up with you personally and make this right. Warm regards, HBADA Support

My chair arrived broken. I have been in contact with customer service but it has been 4 days and I have still not received any resolution
Response from HBADAAug 7, 2026
Hi there, I'm sorry — twice over. A chair arriving broken is bad enough, and waiting four days without a resolution isn't the service we should be giving you. That's on us, not you. I'm escalating your case now so it's handled as a priority rather than sitting in the queue. Someone from our team will come back to you directly with a replacement or refund within 24 hours — you won't need to chase it again. Thank you for your patience so far. We'll get this put right. Warm regards, HBADA Support

Quality is not as good as what marketing pictures were seem to be Very bad customer service rude and don’t let me return it.
Response from HBADAAug 7, 2026
Hi there, I'm sorry — this isn't the experience anyone should have with us. Feeling spoken to rudely is not okay, and I apologise for how it came across on our side. I'm escalating your case so it's expedited rather than left where it is, and our team will come back to you directly to work through the return with you — you won't have to chase it again. And if the chair didn't live up to what you saw from us, I genuinely want to understand what fell short, because that's something we need to get right. Warm regards, HBADA Support

Backrest snapped twice on the same model. Seller admitted in writing it has structural problems, pulled it from their site, then stopped responding to a reasonable refund/replacement offer. Fine if you’re small; a hazard if you’re tall or heavier.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the backrest. Your safety is our top priority, and this is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We would very much like to make this right for you with a full refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we're currently unable to locate your order in our system based on the information available here. Could you please share your order number and a contact email so we can reach you directly and resolve this as quickly as possible? You can send these to [email protected], and we'll follow up personally. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to put this right. Best regards, The HBADA Team
