I didn’t do a huge amount of research before buying this chair. I liked the design, and after seeing quite a lot of remarketing ads, I eventually decided to give the HBADA E3 Pro a try. In person, it looks just as good as it does online, and more importantly, it’s genuinely very comfortable. For the first several months, I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after close to a year of use, the chair has started squeaking and creaking from several seemingly random places. I’ve completely disassembled and reassembled it multiple times and also tried silicone spray, but nothing has solved the issue. Without this problem, it would easily be a 5-star chair for me. But the constant squeaking has become extremely annoying, to the point where I’m already considering replacing it.

I love this chair - honestly. It has some of the best support adjustments ive ever had in an office chair. There were several points of concern when I first assembled the chair: the lumbar support seemed to just not lock in place at all, but after figuring out how the lock system works im quite happy with it! There was a mix up with the arms of my chair, through some confusion on the product page, but Sally was excellent and was able to get that resolved for me. Overall, any frustrations I had initially have all been assuaged and I am very pleased with the chair!

The aluminum frame has a clearly visible unfinished appearance, with a prominent line and uneven surface that make the chair look incomplete. This is a cosmetic defect that falls short of the quality I expect from a new HBADA chair. A manufacturing mark that remains visible on the finished frame is not acceptable, just as I would not purchase a car with an unfinished paint job. In addition, after sitting and working in the chair for several days, I have found it less comfortable than advertised, which further affects my satisfaction with the product.

I bought a pink chair. It was supposed to be a soft pink. I received a bright pink chair with gray mesh and turquoise arms. Nothing like I expected. So I had to return the chair

I managed to get a great deal on the HBADA P2 and used it for a couple of months. The seat comfort and incredible lumbar support really helped fix my seating posture during long gaming sessions, so I decided to upgrade to their flagship HBADA X7. It is definitely not a cheap chair, but compared to other high-end options, it offers more features for a better price. I'll share an update on the X7 once I have logged a few months in it, but as far as their entry level chairs go, I highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from HBADA! They give you such a defected product that you cannot use at all, and they will never do anything to fix it. Their customers service is just another layer of scam. Zero quality. BE CAREFUL! They will send you an email or "a picture" to log in to their website. Please be careful, and do not fall for it. #HBADA = SCAM !!! #scammerallert
