A lumbar support that keeps sliding down defeats its purpose, and mesh coming away from the frame after four months is not what you should expect from your chair. This should be covered under our warranty, and we'd like to help. Our team will review it and arrange a repair or replacement part for you. On the armrests: they shouldn't move that easily or sit loosely on the base. On the seat tilt: we're sorry the current instructions didn't solve it. When you reach out, our team can walk you through the adjustment step by step in writing, no video required.
