I learned my lesson. Their prices and shipping are too good to be true. I placed a $100 cake/bread order on 12/26 and confirmation email stated expected delivery was 12/28. I finally got delivery today, 1 week later and like other complaints the box is half smashed. When I called to complain they requested I email pics of the box. Then I got an email back stating that they use all sorts of couriers and it was my fault for not opting for overnight delivery (which would have made this unreasonably expensive). They should just be honest on their website and say that they have no idea when you will receive your order.

This business is a total scam. Hazelton's gift baskets, buyer beware! I ordered a double chocolate pecan pie, they delivered a generic pumpkin pie you can get at a supermarket for five dollars. When I contacted customer service, they said in their terms of service when I purchased the product that I agreed to their terms of service and that they can substitute for something else. This is a scam, false advertising and fraudulent business practice. Do not do business with this company because you will get something different than what you ordered.

This is a SCAM. The you pay an arm and a leg, and they do not deliver the products as advertised, it’s cheaply wrapped, and the balloon I paid $8 went deflated.

I ordered the colburne champagne box for a birthday gift on behalf of my parents. Although it arrived on time, it was not as described on their website. The website lists 6 items but only 5 were sent, and one item was substituted without any notification. The message to be written on the card was made up by the company and they decided to sign it off from me, which was extremely embarrassing because the gift was not from me. Customer service replied with their terms and conditions about substituting items and had no reason to give about the made up message. They also said that the 6th item was the delivery box, which is not what was listed on their website, it should have been a jalapeño mustard. Paid $111.41 for a disappointing experience.

This is a complete scam! This company need to be stopped from advertizing its product and taking people's money. It misrepresented the delivery date, the product was not what I paid for and there was no one available in customer service. It's a dead end.

SCAM - I don’t know why this site is still operating. It has taken so much money from innocent people and still operating. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SHUTDOWN THIS SITE!!

I believe these are scammers. Had a terrible experience with a cheesecake order for my daughter in a different state! The cheesecake had not been packaged properly and arrived broken into such small pieces that it was impossible to confirm that it was in fact a cheesecake. It was especially shocking in view of the price tag which topped $60. The company responded "we'll send you another one". My response: I wouldn't trust you to provide food for my dog, let alone my human family.
