Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the level of quality or service we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize that the presentation of your basket did not meet expectations and that some items arrived in unsatisfactory condition. We understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when sending a gift meant to feel special. Regarding substitutions, they are typically made only when absolutely necessary, and we regret that this wasn’t communicated clearly. Your comments show we fell short, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve.

Thank you, Vera, for your honest 4-star review. We’re happy to hear that the delivery was fast and that the recipients enjoyed their gift. We sincerely apologize for not informing you about the substitution. In cases where fresh fruit may risk spoiling during transit, our team may replace it with a non-perishable item to ensure the gift arrives in good condition. However, you should always be notified, and we’re sorry this communication was missed. We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our process moving forward. Thank you for choosing us!
