Made two baskets that went to different people both were delivered before or on day requested in a timely manner. Both deliveries looked like the images I selected which is also nice. The flowers looked like their photo and had nice Christmas touches added as hoped. Thank you.

Thank you, Marcia! We know how important it is for a gift to look exactly like what you ordered, so we’re delighted to hear the baskets and flowers were a perfect match. Thank you for choosing hazeltonsgiftbaskets.com for your holiday gifting!

Awful. At checkout, their cart changed the delivery address to my billing address. I didn't want the basket shipped to me, so I called right away. They said it was too late to change. A week later, tracking shows it has yet to ship. Absolute fraud. Avoid at all costs!

Hi Mr. KB, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our system automatically processes the delivery information exactly as it is entered and confirmed during the checkout process. However, we want to ensure your gift reaches the right destination. As long as an order has not yet been physically shipped, we are happy to edit the address or cancel the order for you. Since you mentioned tracking shows it has not yet moved, we would like to check the real-time status of your package immediately. Please contact us at with your order number so we can look into this and make the necessary corrections for you.

I am very disappointed with the service! Gift basket was delivered with totally different items from what was ordered. I have not been informed about changes. Christmas greetings note was typed on a crumpled paper sheet… will never use their services again
Response from Hazelton's Gift Baskets USADec 22, 2025
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment you experienced with your order. We are truly sorry that the presentation of the greeting note and the items received did not meet our usual standards. While our substitution policy is in place to ensure timely delivery when specific items are unavailable, we clearly missed the mark on communicating this and ensuring the final gift met your expectations. We have shared your comments directly with our fulfillment and quality control teams to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our service.

The packages arrived in a timely manner, and the recipient loved her gift. However, I ordered the succulent trio, but the recipient received an orchid instead. It’s fine, but I wish there had been some communication about it.
Response from Hazelton's Gift Baskets USADec 22, 2025
Hi Tracy, thank you for your feedback. We’re happy the gift arrived on time and was loved! We apologize for substituting the succulents for an orchid without notifying you first. We appreciate your grace on this and will use your feedback to improve our notification process.
