Thank you for your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by your recent experience. It is clear that we failed to meet the standards we set for ourselves, particularly regarding the accuracy of your order and our communication with you. Regarding our substitution policy, while we do reserve the right to swap items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, this is never intended to result in missing items or substitutions that disregard the recipient's needs. Most importantly, our policy should never be used as a reason to provide inaccurate delivery information. We understand that receiving a confirmation list that didn't match the actual contents was confusing and disappointing. We are taking your comments to heart as a "be better" moment for our entire team. We are currently reviewing our internal notification procedures and how we explain our substitution policy to ensure we are being transparent and empathetic toward the care our customers put into their orders. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your experience to improve our service for the future.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment caused by your recent order. We aim to provide a premium, curated gifting experience, and it is clear that we failed to meet those standards in this instance. While our policy allows for substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, these should always maintain the high quality and aesthetic of the original design. Using generic store-brand products is not the standard we set for our gifts. We are reviewing your specific order with our fulfillment team to investigate why these items were selected and to ensure our future baskets strictly adhere to the premium quality our customers expect. We value your business and are committed to using your feedback to improve our quality control. Thank you for holding us to a higher standard.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay in your mother and sister's birthday gifts. We know how important those specific dates were, and we are truly sorry for the "mortifying" experience of the baskets not arriving as planned. To clarify the shipping status you saw: a shipping label was created for your order on 3/20, which signifies it was processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once a label is created, the package is in the hands of the courier; however, during periods of extremely high shipping volume, there can be a delay before the courier scans the label into their system. We realize this created a confusing timeline that didn't align with the 3-day delivery window you expected. We also regret the frustration you faced with our support bot. We are reviewing your order and our communication process internally to ensure we provide more accurate updates and better support in the future. Thank you for your patience as the courier works to deliver these as soon as possible.

Thank you for the 4-star review and for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that everything else with your gift was "good"! We appreciate your suggestion regarding the shipping carrier and delivery timelines. We understand that when a gift travels a great distance, clear expectations are key, and we will certainly look into how we can better highlight our shipping methods and estimated delivery windows on our site. We value your business and hope to provide an even faster experience for you next time!
